Laksa Johor (Ikan Parang)

Our Laksa Johor sauce is made using Wolf Herring fish (Ikan Parang), which is the best fish to be used with Laksa Johor due to the sweetness of the fish. For easy preparation, others tend to use Mackerel fish (Ikan Tenggiri) as the Wolf Herring fish has many bones causing a longer and tedious preparation.

We provide frozen sauce in packs of 4 portion were all you need to do is just defrost and heat it up. Then just pour on your spaghetti with the other herbs and vegetables. If the sauce is too thick for your preference, just add water or coconut milk and adjust the sauce accordingly.

For caterings, do notify us at least minimum of 4-5 days to allow us the time to prepare it.
Minimum order = 15 portion.

Frozen pack (4 portion) = RM 40
Laksa Johor per person (catering) = RM 12
Laksa Johor dry spice (100g) = RM 7 (for those who wants to prepare their own sauce)
