Mee Bandung Muar

Mee Bandung Muar has many variations, were you can cook using beef, prawn or cuttlefish, according to your preference and it is eaten with yellow noodle.


Our Mee Bandung Muar paste is ready to cook.

Ingredients
Dry Chili, Dry Shrimp, Garlic, Sugar and Salt.

To prepare your Mee Bandung Muar, follow the instructions below:

1. First, stir fry garlic until golden brown.
2. Add the Mee Bandung paste.
3. Add water or beef stock soup in based on 1 : 3 (paste : water).
4. Add beef, prawn or cuttlefish and egg. Bring it to boiling temperature.
5. Lastly, add yellow noodle to the soup and it is ready to be served.

The shepherd's pie or also known as cottage pie is a meat pie with a crust of mashed potato. The top of the pie is covered with a layer of melted cheese.

It can be kept frozen. Reheat in the oven or microwave and serve instantly.
