Ingredients
Dry Chili, Dry Shrimp, Garlic, Sugar and Salt.
To prepare your Mee Bandung Muar, follow the instructions below:
- First, stir fry garlic until golden brown.
- Add the Mee Bandung paste.
- Add water or beef stock soup in based on 1 : 3 (paste : water).
- Add beef, prawn or cuttlefish and egg. Bring it to boiling temperature.
- Lastly, add yellow noodle to the soup and it is ready to be served.
Mee Bandung Muar paste 500g (about 6-8 portion) = RM 20
